Accessibility
Everyone should be able to read a listing and reach an agent. Here is where we stand.

Our commitment
Paradigm Commercial is committed to serving people with disabilities in a way that respects their dignity and independence, and to meeting the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards. We build our listing pages to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
How the pages are built
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the element in focus is always visible.
- Headings, landmarks and labels are structured so screen readers can navigate.
- Photos carry text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratios, and text can be resized to 200%.
- Motion is reduced for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.
- Pages are usable on a phone in either orientation without sideways scrolling.
Known limitations
Some listings embed a three-dimensional virtual tour or a video from another company. Those embedded players are built by their providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA; everything shown in a tour is also described in the listing text and photos. Interactive maps convey location visually; the address and neighbourhood are always given in text.
