Who is advertising

Every listing on this site is advertised by Paradigm Commercial Real Estate & Brokerage Inc., Brokerage, licensed to trade in real estate in Ontario. The agents named on a listing are registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) under the name shown, with their registration designation beside it, and are employed by or registered with Paradigm.

Listing information

The information on each listing page — including sizes, dimensions, floor plans, zoning, taxes, operating costs, availability and asking terms — comes from the property owner, public records, the listing service and other sources we believe reliable. We have not independently verified it and do not guarantee it. It may contain errors or omissions and is subject to change of price or terms, prior sale or lease, and withdrawal without notice. Measurements and outlines are approximate.

Nothing on this site is real estate, legal, financial, tax or engineering advice. Before you make a decision about a property, verify the facts that matter to you, inspect the property, and take advice from your own professional advisers.

Existing agreements

This site is not intended to solicit properties currently listed for sale or lease with another brokerage, or buyers, tenants, sellers or landlords who are under contract with another brokerage, and nothing on it is intended to cause or induce a breach of an existing agency or listing agreement.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we pass it to the listing agent and reply by email or phone. An enquiry does not create a client or customer relationship with Paradigm; that takes a written representation agreement, which we will explain before you sign anything. What we do with the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Photos, tours and text

The photographs, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, drawings and written descriptions on this site belong to Paradigm or are used with the permission of their owners, including our photographers, tour providers and the property owners who authorised their listing. You may view and print them for your own use in considering a property. You may not copy, republish, scrape or compile them, or use them in your own advertising, without our written permission.

Links and embedded services

Listing pages may embed virtual tours, videos and maps from other companies, and may link to sites we do not operate, including our corporate website. Those services and sites are provided by their owners under their own terms, are not part of our brokerage services, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

This site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Paradigm and its officers, agents and employees are not liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or a registrant’s obligations under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 and its regulations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, and any dispute is heard by the courts of Ontario.
